I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place is perfect, with a bus station nearby for convenient travel in the morning. The hotel offers a range of amenities including a spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of hiking and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure that every need was met.

The location was beautiful, with stunning views of the valley and surrounding hills. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we didn't speak the same language. They provided us with an English version of the menu and morning guide, and even drove us to the bus stop early in the morning. the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
The attic room we were given, as it was the last room available and faced north. It would have been better to have a room on a lower floor and facing south.

During our Christmas holiday, we had an amazing time at this hotel. the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially towards our baby. They provided all the necessary facilities and special food for our little one, which made our stay very comfortable. the hotel's spa was also a highlight, with a large swimming pool and a relaxing sauna. the beautiful view of the valley and hills from the hotel's garden added to the overall charm. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near Merano and Bolzano.
It was the last room available and faced the north, which made it a bit less enjoyable compared to the south facing rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was always great and the dinners were delicious. The chef did an amazing job preparing the meals. The hotel is family-run, which made a huge difference. I loved the personal touches and the staff made a huge effort to accommodate us, even translating all the menus and providing info in English. The location of the hotel is beautiful, and on the day of our departure, the owner went above and beyond by driving us to the bus at 6am and even gave us a packed lunch and cappuccino to go. Highly recommend!
